Ok this doesn't have anything to do with Port Angeles, but I need a place to vent. I left my camera at home, so like any other frustrated dentist I go to costco to buy a new one, (we needed another one anyway since my son dropped his in the sand).
I should have known I should have known better! As I was browsing the camera section at Costco, figuring to spend a couple hundred bucks I glanced at the SonyPSC-W90 figuring to be a "Sony" and an 8.1 megapixel at that I nabbed it.
What the hell was I thinking! As I was opening the box I knew I would take this thing back. There is no SD slot, and no mini USB jack. Two things I REQUIRE on a camera isn't it about time there is a standard so dopes like me don't get suckered into the Sony universe, or the Apple universe, or the whataverse I want a charging, and a memory standard please, mess with everything else, and revisit the standard every 10 years or so, but cmon help!
